ABOUT DR. KELLY LIVINGSTON
I'm Dr. Kelly Livingston, a Naturopathic Physician, Speaker, Industry Leader in Gut-Brain Health, and Nervous System Regulation Expert. I help stressed and burnt out humans reset their nervous system, heal their guts, balance their hormones, and increase energy and focus.
Over the last 10 years seeing patients in my private practice, as well as 20 years spent in the health and wellness field with an undergraduate degree in psychology and experience in research, it has become abundantly clear to me that fatigue and burnout are epidemics.
I have worked with hundreds of patients to determine and remove the underlying cause of their health concerns, map out their individual long term wellness goals, and actualize their full health potential with precise laboratory diagnostics, establishment of a heart-centered and trusting therapeutic relationship, and my signature methodology that supports the body's INNATE ability to heal. I have learned that the root causes are typically related to a maladaptive stress response and/or inflammation (this is especially true with fatigue), and the Nervous System always needs to be balanced in order for you to be in a state to truly heal.
I created a program for patients to reset the nervous system and learn tools to achieve balance of mind, body, and spirit through education, coaching, accountability, support, and community to cultivate a healing state. This program is based not only on my formal professional training and continuing education, but also the time spent diving deep into my own healing journey and working with patients closely. I know from my own personal traumas and health crises, that it can be exhausting when you're building up your strength through adversity, but it doesn't have to be!
