How Does it Work?
Burnout to Balance is a 12 module program and runs over the course of three months. Dr. Kelly will teach you a practical methodology to achieve balance of your mind, body and spirit - so you can feel like yourself again... only better! You can attend live, and have access to recordings to also go at your own pace at home.
This program will empower you with the tools and resources to get into a healing state and will have a lasting impact on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
